LR Series Linear Rail Systems

LR Series linear rail system consists of a centerless ground and burnished stainless-steel shaft mated with a graphite- and PTFE-filled thermoplastic bushing. The series features a standard shaft straightness of .002”(0.05mm) per foot. Typical radial clearance between shaft and bushing is .0005” (0.013mm) on non-coated assemblies and .001” (0.025mm) on TFE-coated assemblies. Bushings are manufactured with standard retaining ring grooves. Standard configurations include ¼”, 3/8”, ½” and ¾” nominal diameters
